Terms and conditions of access to the site
The purpose of the LogoService web site is to provide information on the company and its activities. By accessing the site, and viewing or downloading the content, the user expresses agreement to the stated terms and conditions. Users who do not intend to accept these terms and conditions are asked not to access the site and not to download materials and information from its pages.

Communication of personal data
Users are free to remain anonymous and not to provide any personal identification.

Where users are requested by the service to provide personal data, LogoService will treat such data with absolute confidentiality, while also taking security-related actions and measures for the care and maintenance of archives as required under the Italian Data Protection Act, Law 196/2003.

The controller of personal data processing operations is LogoService.

Cookies
LogoService gathers data relating to the use of its web site, in order to improve the service offered to visitors, utilizing technical cookies, i.e. text files sent to the internet browser used to navigate a web site and stored by the computer or mobile device on which the browser is installed. Technical cookies are saved in an anonymous format and therefore do not allow personal identification. Data gathered by way of these cookies will contain, for example, details of the pages accessed, the duration of the visit, and other monitoring information.

Use is also made of profiling cookies, which however cannot be deployed without the permission of the user.

Information obtained by LogoService with the aid of cookies will not be utilized to identify users.

Revision Clause
The right is reserved by LogoService to make changes at any time to the terms and conditions for use of the site, also to change or discontinue advertised training courses and activities at its own discretion, in any way and/or at any given moment, without prior notice.

Processing of personal data
Data carried by the LogoService web site is not sensitive data within the terms of Legislative Decree 196/03 (Italian Data Protection Act). Personal data submitted by users when sending requests for information or job applications ("curriculum vitae", etc.) will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the service or the response requested, and communicated to third parties only where essential to this purpose, and in any event, processed in compliance with current statutory regulations regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/03). The name of a user accessing the site will always remain secret; accordingly, there is no way that any other user can see who may have accessed and how they have browsed the site, or what information they may have obtained. By agreement, users of the site authorize LogoService to store their names for the sole purpose of building a data base of subjects identified as recipients to whom subsequent updates or pertinent information, if any, may be sent. If requested by the user in writing, the company will proceed to delete the name of the selfsame user promptly from the database, and provide confirmation that this has been done.

Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are regulated by the laws of Italy. Any disputes associated howsoever with these conditions will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Mantua Law Courts.
